1. How is Positively Green Clean different from other cleaning companies?

Positively Green Clean was created with the sole intention to benefit everyone and everything associated with us, including but not limited to, clients, employees and the planet. We are passionate about environmental health and the impact of all our actions on the health of both: people and our environment. We care for our customers and their homes and take pride in our work while striving to be the BEST cleaners in all the communities we serve. We use environmentally friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and our own Green Clean Methods™. We enjoy a positive relationship with our clients, provide the very best service possible, and undertake all efforts to keep the lines of communication open between our staff and our clients.

2. If the cleaning products contain no chemicals, how do they kill bacteria and germs?

Commercial cleaning products claim to be antibacterial and disinfectant with usage. However, the chemicals used in these conventional cleaners are potentially more dangerous than the germs themselves. Something they overlook in their advertising ploys!

Nature has its own way of dealing with germs and bacteria. Essential oils, derived from plants, trees, and flowers, are some of nature’s best antibacterial agents. Positively Green Clean uses an exclusive antibacterial aromatherapy blend diluted in a mixture of vinegar, water, and cleansing agents to clean the bathroom and other suspicious areas. We will disinfect your house while maintaining a healthy environment.

3. Do I need to be home to have a cleaning service? If not how will you get into my home?

No you do not need to be home but are welcome to be if you like. Access to your home may be organized with the head office of PGC. For customers in Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, if you arrange for us to have a key we take all measures to ensure that it is safe at all times and is kept in a locked key safe when not in use.

4. Will there be a lot of different people entering my home?

The employees of Positively Green Clean are all handpicked, background checked and thoroughly trained for their positions. Ideally there would be only a rotation of about 4 girls that will know the specific method of your home. This ensures consistent results as well as a comfortable environment for you and the employees.

5. What if I am not satisfied with the results?

Positively Green Clean encourages any and all feedback from our customers. We appreciate an open and honest repertoire. If you feel that the cleaning job is not satisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours and we will come to an agreement on what is deemed fair for the situation.

6. Do I need to provide any product or tools?

Positively Green Clean is fully equipped with all the product and tools necessary to clean your home the way you want it. If there is a specific product you prefer to use for a certain job please don’t hesitate to make the request and leave it out for the ladies upon arrival. Typically we will use a central vacuum system if it is available or even your home vacuum if you prefer.

7. What if I need to change the day or time of my cleaning service?

Changing your service day or time is not a problem though we do ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. A fee of 20$ will be billed for any notice not given in the required time frame as to help cover the wages of the employees for the missed appointment. 8. What about my pets?

The employees of Positively Green Clean understand your concerns regarding your furry family members. We have absolutely no problem following your requests surrounding your pets to ensure everyone involved is comfortable and safe. Many of us have pets of our own and enjoy being greeted at the door by the same character week after week. For an extra $7 we will put your pet out into a fenced area where they can roam free for a bit and then safely bring them in again before we leave. We Love Animals and are pet friendly! *
