Big Feast Restaurant Maple Ridge

Big feast is a small town bistro with a trendy, urban feel.
Mike and Stacy Mulcahy are passionate about re-using and recycling as almost all the items in their bistro have been previously loved. Local artists are displayed on the walls making for very interesting visuals and conversation pieces.
The bistro was built with community in mind. The beautiful community table in the centre of the room encourages guests and families to connect. They have created the menu with local merchants in mind, and select locally made (within 100 mile), organic ingredients whenever they can. Because of this, the menu changes regularly, just like the seasons. They proudly serve fair trade, and organic sustainably grown Salt Spring Coffee.
The food is amazing making Big Feast well worth a visit!

More Than Gold Coaching
“After years of chasing the body I always dreamed of through fad diets and quick fix schemes, I finally discovered something so simple and sustainable that I had to share it with everyone. That’s where More Than Gold Coaching comes in.
Unfortunately there is no gimmick or “secret” involved. However, maybe you’re tired of those fads, diets and programs just like all of the members in More Than Gold were. They are seeing unbelievable results. Some said at the beginning that this looked too good to be true. Now they are proving it’s not. And the best part about it is they are STILL eating all of the foods they love!
Through exclusive online coaching calls and interactive community with others on the same journey as you, failure isn’t even an option. Your new life starts as soon as you choose to stop watching it pass you by!”
