Pricing

There is not a standard price list for our services because pricing varies depending on the personalized Green Clean Method™ of a home. We do however offer pricing at a very competitive and fair hourly rate based on quality and peace of mind.

Some factors which determine the price of your service:

*A first time clean is almost always longer as in most cases we usually suggest a deep clean to bring it up to our standard. This creates a level which is easily maintained on a regular cleaning schedule.

  • Size: The square footage of a home is the first factor taken in consideration for setting a price standard
  • Layout: including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, stories etc.
  • Level of Clutter: a home with a fair amount of knick knacks, wall hangings, toys, furniture or countertop clutter takes more time
  • Residents: The more people in a home usually indicates more cleaning needed
  • Pets: a home with pets usually takes a bit longer due to the issue of hair, footprints, messes on windows etc…
  • Children: this can mean more stickiness and clutter in general
  • Type of cleaning: Deep clean, Basic, Spring clean, rotational extras all affect the price
  • Personal standards: Special requests or procedures
  • Flooring: Hardwood, laminate and tile all need to be first vacuumed and then cleaned with an appropriate method. This two step process takes time.

Methods of Payment

Payment is due the day of cleaning if there is no prior agreement confirmed by PGC head office for a staggered payment option.
