Our goal: 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning that you received, we will send out a cleaner to re-clean your home or office at no extra charge. Positively Green Clean is dedicated to perfecting our customer service; we appreciate any and all feedback from our clients (please take a moment to complete this Customer Satisfaction Survey and mail or fax it back to us).

Note: if you are not happy, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean.

Protection

Positively Green Clean is fully licensed and insured. All employees are bonded and background checked. Why? It is extremely important to us that each and every client trusts our staff. We have NEVER had any problems, and we are committed to hiring ethical staff, overflowing with integrity.

Note: even if you choose not to use Positively Green Clean, please make sure that the cleaning company you use is bonded, insured, and fully licensed.
