The employees of Positively Green Clean are hired based on their character and work ethic. We believe we can teach anyone to clean but we don’t have the time to re-teach people who have bad attitudes in life. The applicants are first thoroughly screened and strategically interviewed allowing us to see clearly the true motives and values of the potential team player. After they succeed in the interviewing process they are then background checked.
Going into our 5th year of business gives us an up on what the common complaint is out there regarding cleaning services.
#1. High turnover and untrained employees.
Customers do not want to have to explain what they need to a new employee every month nor do they want to complain about inconsistency due to lack of training. It is definitely not a service worth paying for.
We at PGC do our very best to maintain employee retention and satisfaction on the job. An unhappy employee does not create a positive situation for anyone involved. We encourage our employees to go for their dreams in life and to realize their full potential in whatever they do. They are happy because we support and care for them and are not afraid to lose them. Though we really, really love having them with us!!
We do the best we can to keep the team players of Positively Green Clean comfortable and updated the goings on here at head office. They are also encouraged to participate in decision making and offer ideas or advice surrounding the business. The employees are up to date with product and tool knowledge and are always fully equipped to do their jobs properly and efficiently. Communication is the key to success and we try our best to keep it all out in the open.
Positively Green Clean was created with a mission in mind and that was to change the world through ethical and compassionate practices. It’s wonderful working with the natural products and proving daily how they effectively clean without chemicals. I absolutely love the smell of orange clean and can never get tired of that smell as it brings enlightenment and a sense of calm into homes. I enjoy the relationship with our clients, we have good friendly rapport with them and I think that makes them glad to be using our service, we aren’t just getting the job done. I always feel good when we are done simply for having been able to help these busy people. I also like being able to do a little extra to help clients, I once fixed Irma’s kitchen table with my handy dandy screwdriver kit as the leaf had come loose, just because I wanted to! I also once had a client help me when the vacuum broke. He didn’t have to help but he wanted to because we always go the extra mile.
